| 説明 | I was fascinated by this bag of roots, used for medicinal and culinary purposes on display in one of the stalls in Lahic, so simply had to take a close shot of it. The residents of Lahic/ Lahij are divided into three categories, based on their craftsmanship- these are Baadvan, Azavarro and Araghird. Each of these categories has its own village square, mosque, hammam (bath house) and graveyard. One of the most striking features of the urban look of Lahij, is the village square of each category, which, today, still has its specific role in the public life of the village.
