| 説明 | Made individual cherry pie's for the first time two nights ago. I didn't have a recipe but thought i'd give it a shot. It was lush AS I have to say! I used a bit of Grand Marnier in the sauce which made all the difference I think. Served with a dollop of fresh cream. I was also extremely pleased with the pastry as it was very rich and short and came out perfectly which makes a pleasant change for me as I tend to rush things and quite often have soggy pastry underneath even though I blind bake the bottom case. |
