| 説明 | The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles District manages the current $210.9 million New Fort Irwin Weed Army Community Hospital contract being constructed by Turner Construction Company of Washington, D.C. The 217,000 gross square-foot facility includes construction of a new tertiary care, emergency medicine, and clinical support activities. Supporting facilities include, utilities, site improvement, parking, access roads, signage and environmental protection. This project includes energy conservation, enhanced commissioning, and will be the Department of Defense’s only LEED Platinum, carbon neutral, net-zero certifiable hospital.A ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled for Sept. 21. |
