| 説明 | A ten-minute dessert that’s totally delicious: Quickly poach two peeled, cored pears in a little white wine in the microwave. Make chocolate sauce by breaking up 90g of dark cooking chocolate and microwaving on low in a mug. When melted, stir in half a cup of cream, zap again, then stir till combined, add a little brandy, stir again. Dust drained pears with cinnamon, then pour the sauce on them, sprinkle with slivered almonds, and add some frozen raspberries and ice cream on the side. Mmmmmh! |
