| 説明 | Its the males that are famous for their battles but females can mix it up sometimes too. A seal gave birth around sunset and although she was sitting on a spacious piece of real estate when she started out, after all the scootching around she did during labor, the pup wound up being born in a narrow place between a couple of other females with pups. One female didn't take kindly to this at all and barked furiously at the two of them and it looked like she bit the newborn a few different times. With all the barking, I wondered if maybe the newborn would imprint on the wrong adult. They seemed to finally settle their differences though which is a good thing because the pup was too young to move and I don't think its mom could have moved him either. |
