Officer Bibeau has a passion for resource protection and enforcing Florida's conservation laws. From January 1-October 29, 2017, the FWC's Division of Law Enforcement released 38 weekly reports detailing noteworthy cases and arrests made throughout the state, and in those 38 reports, Officer Bibeau was named 48 times for his case work. He was selected to take part in the inaugural FWC Advanced Conservation Academy. This year-long professional development program is offered to select sworn members, giving them the opportunity to travel to each region in the state to develop and hone their already considerable skills. Although this required Officer Bibeau to spend a total of six weeks of the year away from his normally assigned duties, he continued to excel in resource protection, documenting 20 more resource violations than he did last year. Officer Bibeau sets the bar high for his fellow officers, from his appearance to his fair, courteous and professional treatment of the public.
