| 説明 | Auction winner Amanda Fry. Amanda is a former police officer who appeared in CBS's "Hunted." Note the impressive list of authors, and how many authors ignored Sam Sykes' request that no one else signed in his spot. Phoenix Comicon and Kids Need to Read hosted Drinks with Authors and Creators. This event provided an opportunity for Comicon members to meet their favorite writers and creators in an informal atmosphere and have a glass or two while discussing all the things. Authors Ryan Dalton and Suzanne Young ran raffles while author and TV personality Myke Cole, along with a little ‘help’ from authors Scott Sigler and Sam Sykes, auctioned off the signed Drinks with Authors and Creators photo board along with author Pierce Brown’s future children (this was in good fun, of course - I think...). Watch for a video on my YouTube channel of the final bid. The proceeds benefited Kids Need to Read. |
