Its members represent over 20 countries and the choir’s repertoire consists largely of songs past and present members have brought to the choir from their own countries, as well as gospel classics.Discovery shares its vision of a modern, diverse Ireland through its vibrant performances and through our motto ‘Discover Beauty in Everyone’. Described by Desmond Tutu as ‘a wonderful choir’, Discovery has enjoyed countless collaborations with artists such as Stevie Wonder, the Blind Boys of Alabama, Sinead O’Connor and Kíla, and have performed on the Late Late Show, in Áras an Uachtaráin and the Meteor Music Awards, Electric Picnic as well as having previously performed at Africa Day. |
