| 説明 | Yum! yes, that's not a trick of the light, it is actually 'sweating'. It was a bit of a challenge to handle my food and not get my camera all greasy. I ended using a disproportionate amount of paper towels. They are a bit, erm, floppy. I think that soggy might not be the right word, but it kinda also applies. (let's just say that there is a great deal of grease involved in the slyder creation process, and those poor little hunks of bread really have no chance)Anyway, these little dudes go down in about four normal bites, although I am sure under the influence of alcohol one could probably be convinced to consume them whole without too much difficulty. (although I was only able to eat three of my quartet. Which, apparently is a record low for White Castle patrons.)Once you get past the texture, they taste, well, just fine actually. In the same way that eating a big hunk of really greasy bacon tastes good, but you know it is sooo bad for you. |
