| 説明 | After nearly 900,000 of us pledged to stand with the Bedouin people of Pope Mountain who are bravely resisting Israeli bulldozers to protect their home and lands, Avaaz staff went to Palestine and worked with the community to build a massive resistance monument out of stone reading “We Shall Remain”. We marched in solidarity with the community for dignity and land, and put posters up all over the community with the flags and names of those that had signed the petition to show the world is standing as a protective shield around these families. Then we filed a notice at the Israeli High Court to let them know that Avaaz would be observing proceedings related to the attempted eviction of this Bedouin community and bringing world diplomats with us.
