| 説明 | Duckabush river, Olympic National Forest.Many spots on the trail were blocked with downed trees. I had to climb around, over, and even crawled under a few.Once, I walked across a thin tree that was sitting at an angle across a larger tree. Since the slope was going down, I was 6 - 8 feet off of the ground. I lost my balance, and fell across the log. I managed not to fall off, though (this is how freaked I was, I dropped my camera, my baby, w/o worrying about breaking it!). I think there is a good chance I would've broke something had I fallen. I didn't do that again...It's amazing how easy it is to lose the trail once you're off of it. Several times, after going around the fallen trees, I had to walk in a 1/2 circle to pick up the trail. |
