| 説明 | Photograph taken by Julian Mason on Sunday 23rd April 2017 during the Virgin Money London Marathon. Location Westferry Road on the Isle of Dogs close to Arnhem Place and just before Millwall Outer Dock. At this point the runners had completed 25 kilometres but still had another 17 kilometres to go before reaching the finish line.On the day, the fastest man was Daniel Wanjiru of Kenya who finished in a time of 2 hours 5 minutes and 48 seconds. The fastest woman was Mary Keitany of Kenya who finished in 2 hours 17 minutes and 1 second. The men's wheelchair race was won by David Weir of Great Britain in a time of 1 hour 31 minutes and 6 seconds, and the women's wheelchair race was won by Manuela Schar of the Switzerland in a time of 1 hour 39 minutes and 57 seconds. |
