| 説明 | At the San Francisco Department of Public Health, where you go to register out-of-hospital births, or judging from the rest of the clientele, where you go to try to get a copy of your child's birth certificate when you didn't keep the original. The staff are actually pretty decent. One staffer seems to specialize in and enjoy handling the homebirths and ended up running back and forth with the forms for us whilst we hung out on this relatively capacious and not-standing-up-for-an-hour bench. He was splendid. |
