Plain tile roof with gabled and hipped ends. Brick dentil eaves. Two storeys. Three bays, right hand is circa mid C19 addition. Sashes with glazing bars in segmental-headed openings, ground floor with small keystones. Central doorway with moulded architrave with dentilled cornice and fielded panel door. Brick ridge stacks. Built on canal side and originally a public house, later the station master's house for adjacent Hatton Station.
