| 説明 | officially, triple ginger bread:1 C Sugar1/4 t salt2 T ground ginger1 thumb fresh ginger minced finely1/4 c candied ginger, snipped into thin strips & tossed in flour1 T cinnamon1/2 T powdered cloves1 C Vegetable oil1 C light molasses2 t baking soda1 C boiling water2.5 C all purpose flour 2 eggs, beatenMix the sugar, salt, ginger, cinnamon and cloves together in a bowl. Add the vegetable oil and the molasses, stirring until well blended. Mix the baking soda into the boiling water and immediately stir into the mixture. Add the flour gradually, mixing well after each addition. Mix in the beaten eggs. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 350F or 175C for 50 minutes. |
