| 説明 | When I look out my kitchen window I see this abalone shell shining no matter what the light. It reminds me of being a college student, snorkling in Laguna with my then boyfriend, diving down and coming up with a big one of these, pried off the rocks. I was so excited! For years after we married and had two little girls, every Saturday was a diving day, Dana Point mostly. We ate fish and abalone fresh from the ocean. When twin little boys came along, everything changed but my husband still went abalone and lobster diving. So seeing this 7 inch shell in the backyard brings back happy memories of days at the beach.5/52 |
