| 説明 | All of us are finally seated, once the various preferences have been sorted out- vegetarian, allergy to seafood, diabetic etc. Before we begin our meal, this lady shows us how to make fresh spring rolls using the fresh ingredients provided. I had done this earlier as well, at Ha Long in Hanoi and in Danang, so was familiar with the process. Only here in the Mekong Delta, the Elephant- ear fish was to be part of the spring roll. We will get to that later. This is one of my Instagram photos, taken in less than ideal conditions with my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 cellphone, so please excuse the mediocre photo quality.
