| 説明 | A short video of one of the vendors in Saigon's Street food market preparing a plate of food for a customer while her assistant comes by to collect it for delivery to the customer. The lady was so absorbed in her work that she did not even notice me filming her till the very last minute. My using my Samsung Note 3 cellphone probably helped a bit as she did not have a huge dSLR thrust into her face.
