説明 | Worn, torn, and faded photograph of a North American B-25 Mitchell belonging to the 345th Bombardment Group (nicknamed the “Air Apaches”), 5th Air Force, U.S. Army Air Forces, parked on an unidentified military airfield somewhere during World War II. Army Air Forces mechanic and gunner Thomas T. Suddreth of Raeford, N.C., served in the same bombardment group in the Pacific Theater during the war [1940s] [a partial address of a man named “Cooper” is written in pencil on the back of the photograph: 12 West 2nd, 237].
