| 説明 | Vote for Zee in best of show!!www.terrierclub.comOatmeal-Banana CookiesIngredients:3/4 cup shortening 1 1/2 cups flour 1 3/4 cups old fashioned oats1 cup sugar*1/2 teaspoon baking soda1 egg, beaten1 teaspoon each, cinnamon & vanilla 1 cup mashed bananas1/2 cup raisins or nutsPreheat oven to 400ºF**Combine all ingredients; beat until thoroughly blended.Drop by rounded teaspoons about 1-1/2 inches apart ontogreased baking sheet.Bake 12 to 15 minutes.***Makes 4 dozen cookies.*Light brown sugar can be substituted for the sugar.**I baked mine at about 375ºF, every oven is different when it comes to temperature***I baked them for about 12 minutes and 30 seconds. Do some experimenting.Enjoy |
