| 説明 | The We're Here group visit Available Darkness today.I've recently been diagnosed with a sleep disorder. I stop breathing in excess of a hundred times a night and as a consequence and in order not to die my brain wakes me up each time. My heart also beats at over a hundred times a minute all night leaving me less than refreshed the next day.In fact it leaves me a sluggish, dim witted, over weight, slob.Sadly the only remedy is to sleep in a facial mask with a constant flow of air being forced into my nose and mouth in order to maintain the airway.It is claustrophobic, difficult to exhale into, uncomfortable, ungainly and generally unpleasant. Hopefully the results will one day be worth it. |
