| 説明 | Ten Soldiers made up the field for the 347th Regional Support Groupâs Best Warrior Competition at Camp Ripley Training Center from Oct. 14 to 16, 2016. During the 3-day event, competitors underwent a rigorous training schedule that included, land navigation, weapons qualification, a written essay, road march and formal board. The competition was held to determine the brigadeâs Soldier of the Year and NCO of the Year, both of whom will compete in the State Best Warrior Competition next spring. The event was supported by nearly 40 NCOs and Soldiers that planned, coordinated and conducted the event, an opportunity to gain valuable leadership, logistics and training experience.The competitors, from left to right, Spc.
