| 説明 | Back in the heyday of the Ikeashelf neighbourhood, the white and red building here was occupied by Costington's Jewelery. It has been vacant ever since, but the building was recently sold and the crackhead squatters were booted out, and the new owner is rumoured to be courting art galleries and martini lounges as possible new tenants.The grey building at #56 housed the First Bank of Townsville until the banks ceded the neighbourhood to the seedy payday loan outfits. After housing an OTB parlour for many years, the building has now been cleaned up and a sports equipment boutique has moved in to sell snowboards to the invading hordes of hipster youth. |
