| 説明 | My test cake; its covering was too thin because I didn't wait long enough for the topping to cool. Also visible is that the glycerin and choco-sugar didn't mix properly, leaving a marbling effect.This is a Sachertorte I made, many thanks to pathlost for the recipe. |
