| 説明 | Built in the 1550s by Sir Richard Bampfylde, the Tudor Poltimore House was occupied by the Bampfylde family until 1920, it fell into a state of disrepair in the 2nd half of the 20th century. It is Grade II Listed and missed out on the BBC's Restoration programme. It now has a dedicated team of volunteers trying to raise funds for its upkeep. In later years it was both a school and a hospital. Any millionaires out there willing to invest? |
