| 説明 | On many tube trains, there is a constant reminder to 'mind the gap', where in most cases, there is none. I my native India, the gap between the train and the platform in most stations is about 6". There may be a height difference, but the gap in minimal. In most places in Canada, the platforms are all at rail level, so there is no question of gap, and the steps on the train cars are fairly comfortable to handle. But the gap here really freaked me out- it's a good foot and a half! Very dangerous if you are not in your prime, like me, and even so if you have luggage with you.
