| 説明 | Saw this strange white rock in the middle of all this basalt, I am guessing it is a small glacial erratic It was visible from quite a distance as you can see in an earlier photo listorama and I went for a morning hike among the giant ripples of the West Bar - which were formed as part Ice Age Floods when Glacial Lake Missoula let go about 12,000 years ago.Thanks to listorama getting me me out there (relatively safely) on a remarkable 2 day trip to explore some geology.
