| 説明 | A worker from palm oil extraction company Palmas del Cesar gets ready to start his morning shift on the palm fields, Minas, Colombia, April 25, 2016.Each team is composed of two men, one cuts the fruit from the palm trees and the other picks it up and uploaded into a carriage dragged by a mule. Union members on the plantation are represented by Solidarity Center ally Sintrainagro-Minas.
