| 説明 | Hi all!Here's a composition I blended together using 5 separate images. My goal in doing this was to create harmony among these images bringing out a feeling of isolation. Here's a quick rundown of how it was done.Firstly the snowy mountain landscape was imported, this was turned from day to night using a cold cyan filter and altering the levels. The Aurora Borealis was then blended in for the sky. This was colourised with cyan tones using the HSL panel. The girl & cat were then photoshopped in, darkened and attacked with a cyan coloured photo filter. The presence of yellows and reds were also lowered. Still with me? Cool :) I then created the drop shadow for the girl & cat by duplicating their respective layers dropping down the luminance to black. I lowered the opacity of both these layers to 20%. The duplicate layers were then distorted + flipped so that they came off looking like real shadows. Finally the moon was blended into the sky using the screen blending mode and the clone stamp tool used to clean up any impurities.And that's a wrap, for me my journey in photography has taken me down this avenue of digital compositing.
