| 説明 | An FBAT team member from the Summit Fire Use Module describes the use of the madgetech data-logger.These data-loggers are placed where the fire is expected to go. They measure temperature and time which helps the team determine how hot and how fast the fire spreads in known fuel conditions "OK So right now I'm building a thermo-coupler.""We use these and a connection with our sensors, called the madgetechs.""And what we do with the madgetechs, is we record the location of where they go.""And we put them inside this little canister, it's got insulation around because we bury it, hopefully right by where the fire is.""Plug it in, like so""And we bury that to get burned for later." |
