説明 | 16 September 2008. Written on the phone cabinet: Stop dumping rubbish here. A local resident suggested there was an unauthorised House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) which has a problem with domestic waste.----- Original Message ----- From : Alan Stanton, Tottenham Hale ward councillor To : Haringey Urban Environment DepartmentSent : Monday, 22 September 2008Please see my two photos posted on Flickr, showing waste at the corner of Seymour Avenue N17 near the junction with Havelock Road. This seems a regular dumping location.A local resident tells me that the dumped bags may come from ( . . . ) a house now in multiple-occupation. Though it still has only a single wheelie bin.Can this please be investigated to check if more than one household is now occupying this address and if so:(1) supplying them with extra wheelie bins and green boxes, with advice on disposing of the different types of waste.(2) Ensuring that proper fire proofing and other measures are in place(3) Ensuring that residents are paying the correct Council Tax.I can find no planning application referring to the conversion of this property. Therefore if it is now in multiple occupation, or has been illegally converted into two or more flats, (4) can appropriate action please be taken. |
