| 説明 | This highway in Colorado is wonderfully scenic as it winds through the mountains, especially between Silverton & Ouray.The down side is that driving on it demands care, particularly as there are steep drops at the side and few barriers. In winter it's necessary to have snowplows to keep the road open but there is a human cost, as we see here. |
