| 説明 | During the course of our tour around the Steam Whistle brewery, we come across their back office where all the planning and execution and marketing and accounting goes on. Outside at the reception was this friendly lady. The sign below her identified her a 'Director of First Impressions'. Now that's a new one! Ingenious designation for someone sitting right at the forefront of things! The attentions of this nice lady were soon taken away by a phone call, so we decided to let her be and carry on.
