| 説明 | In June 2018, Kate MacGregor, the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Land and Minerals Management, visited western Oregon to review ongoing work in the BLM’s timber program. Specifically, Deputy Assistant Secretary MacGregor visited the Rowell Creek Timber Sale. This sale is a 367-acre sale located approximately nine miles southwest of Willamina, Oregon. The sale consists of timber harvest, road work, and post-harvest fuel reduction treatments of mid-seral stands ranging from 43 to 65 years of age. Hampton Tree Farms purchased the 13.7 MMBF (million board feet) sale in February 2016 for $4.27 million.
