| 説明 | This is the Special Hobby 1/32 P-39. It was built as a P-39F model. I used some pinup decals (with a white decal underlay) for the "Long Shot" nose art. It has a Model Master 20mm cannon in the nose, Model Master 50 cal. machine guns x 2 firing through the propeller. Model Master 30 cal. machine guns, 2 in each wing. Eduard photo etched cockpit, landing flaps and landing gear covers. I used ReXX metal exhausts which fit perfectly and look as real as it gets. The IFF lights are from Quick Boost. The paint is Vallejo Model Color - US Olive Drab FS34084 on the upper surface and Vallejo Model Color - Neutral Grey FS36173 on the lower. They were then covered with Testors Dullcote Lacquer for the matt finish. I also used Monex masks for the inside and outside of the canopy and doors. It took me somewhere around 150-200 hours to complete. |
