| 説明 | HILLSBORO, Ore. -- Small woodland owners John and Cathy Dummer (pictured) are improving the health of their woods with financial assistance from the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and with technical assistance from the Oregon Department of Forestry (ODF). The project is funded through the Regional Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP) -- a new Farm Bill program that leverages NRCS investments with contributions from partnering conservation groups to achieve greater conservation results.
