| 説明 | Tottenham Chances - now known as TChances Arts & Music Centre - is at 399 High Road, N17 6QN. (The building was previously Tottenham Royal British Legion.)The wall and tree are at the north-eastern corner of its land. Over several years the low wall appears to have been slowly collapsing at this spot. Possibly due to the movement of tree roots.As well as a few bricks from the wall falling on the pavement, it seem that soil is being washed down the slope removing it from the root ball. I suggested that Haringey Council's Arboriculture team inspect to ensure there is no danger.
