| 説明 | Auditorium in the "Amusements" building. (ca 1920) Entertainment was provided weekly to the staff and patients of the sanatarium (bands, speakers, movies, skits put on by staff, etc.) Male and female patients had their own section to sit in as well as attending staff.The following is an excerpt from the Patient rulebook 1944: "Male and female patients are allowed to sit together at church services, movies, entertainments, and in the dining room. In the Amusement Hall, paitents are asked to occupy the center section of seats. Petting parties and improper conduct will not be tolerated and anyone who violates this rule will be refused social privileges or discharged." |
