On an island with a year-round population of about 500, it's a laid back and tranquil pace of life with a unique dialect.Tangier Rappahannock Cruises whisked us from Buzzard Point Marina to Tangier Island late in the morning of May 14, 2016. We rented a golf cart to get around the island since there are no vehicles.
