| 説明 | 17th Commemoration of the Genocide against the Tutsi - 2011 On 7 April 2011, President Paul Kagame visited the Kigali Genocide Memorial to mark the start of the 100 Days of Mourning for the 17th Commemoration of the Genocide against the Tutsi. The President also laid a wreath on the burial place where more than 250,000 victims of the Genocide are laid to rest and visited the Genocide Archive of Rwanda. He was accompanied by the Mayor of the City of Kigali, Fidele Ndayisaba, Minister of Sports and Culture, Protais Mitali, Minister Vincent Biruta and the Executive Secretary of the National Commission for the Fight against Genocide, Jean De Dieu Mucyo. He was guided through the Genocide Archive of Rwanda by Aegis Trust CEO James Smith and Yves Kamuronsi. |
