| 説明 | Finished socks made with Trekking XXL(I forget which color) using the Diamond Chain lace pattern in Donna Kooler's Encyclopedia of Knitting. I'm not sure why I chose that pattern with this yarn, since it gets a bit lost in the color changes. I started sock one about 6 months ago and started and finished the second one in the past few days. Yes they are a little baggy in the ankle, I really should do some shaping, but I'm lazy, they stay on, fit nice and are comfortable. I think I'm going to do Jaywalker or Pomatomus (how do you spell that?) next.Also, I promised my dad a second pair of socks ages ago, anyone have any ideas to jazz up solid, dark color socks with a pattern that doesn't require me to look at the pattern every few stitches?According to fd's Scout this popped onto the explore page on Oct 3, 2006 at number 388. |
