| 説明 | Imagine a world where all the technological tasks which are currently carried out by devices such as phones and computers are completely integrated into the human body. This pageant, inspired by the young people in Carndonagh Secondary School in Donegal, reflects on the continual downsizing of digital technology, portraying a world where all the technological tasks which are currently carried out by the likes of phones and computers are now part of our physical selves. They’re built into our brains, our eyes, our ears, our hands, our mouths. We’re all “cyberactive”.Inishowen Carnival Group, under the artistic direction of Kevin O’Neill, have performed annually at the Parade since 1996 and regularly take part in festivals and events across Ireland and beyond. |
