説明 | Loved Drones 'Good Luck Universe', Record Collector, Issue no 451, March 2016.The Loved DronesGood Luck Universe!Gonzal NFSR 07(CD/LP)****Drone sweet drone.Released in France by cult Parisian operation Gonzai, the six instrumentals here emanate from the Belgian steel mining town of Liège, where the Freaksville collective, led by synth-player Benjamin Schoos, produce meditative drones as an antidote to the harsh, toxic ambience of the rotten industrial area in which it was recorded. Following 2012's The Tangible Effect Of Love on Freaksville, the rest of The Loved Drones line up as bassist Pascal Scalp, guitarist Marc Wathieu and Simon Rigot on Hammond organ and the tastefully used sitar.Pared down from three hours of music into 45 mesmerising minutes by the Man From Uranus of Stamford Hill, London, the album kicks off with the spacy, sulphurous motorik of Nomad and Escape From The Terror Drone, before easing into the luminescent, drifting plateaux of Drone Alone - Crimson Skies. Having broken out of the industrial clatter with that one, the album charts glistening, psychedelic motorik with the episodic, NEU!-Iike Pulse Radar Love and Electric Blue Moon before floating heavenwards aboard the pastoral calm of Canyon. With their mind-ballooning space-rock of the highest order, The Loved Drones are on a fertile, exceedingly healthy mission which deserves to find a landing spot on any discerning receptacle.
