| 説明 | This is the view westward along the pathway linking Carbuncle Passage with the footbridge to Clendish Marsh. I asked Martin Ball to take a few steps to and fro to show how the location of the metal fence on the left (north side) forms a potential lurking area. Making this access route feel just a little little less attractive. And less safe.Several years ago I suggested to Haringey Council that this problem could be lessened simply by re-siting the fence. This would involve talking to Network Rail to agree that a narrow triangle of land could be added to the pathway.
