| 説明 | The Royal Canal, on its 146km journey from the River Liffey in Dublin to the Shannon, passes 46 working locks, 10 of them double-chambered.Lock 2 is a double lock and it is the deepest lock on the Irish Waterways, with a rise of about 22' in total. The third lock on the canal is opposite St. Columba's Road Lower (located on the north side of the railway line to Docklands Station, which is in a cutting here). It is a double lock. |
