| 説明 | Sunday 11 May 2008. Looking northwards along Hollington Road, Tottenham N17, from the corner of Seymour Road. The photo was at At 3:05 pm. The final Tottenham Hotspur home game of the season started at 3pm. The Spurs Matchday Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) extends only to Lansdowne Road. So here, further south and outside the CPZ, Hollington Road is fully parked-up on both sides with cars belonging to both local residents and visiting football supporters .Given the unhelpful and inexplicable failure of the Urban Environment Department to monitor the impact of the Matchday CPZ, local Labour Party members took on some of this task.___________________________________________________(The dumped bedbase in Hollington Road is 350 metres from Haringey Council's Reuse and Recycling Centre.) |
