| 説明 | U.S. and Gabonese planners conduct a terrain walk at the field training area for exercise Central Accord 2016 during the final planning event, Libreville, Gabon, Feb. 24. U.S., Gabonese, and planners from 13 African and European partner nations gathered in Libreville to coordinate planning efforts for the exercise.
