Our recent fav, although the Soon Du Boo is still a close second.Today's Kimchi Hotpot came with little nuggets of pork and rice cake, firm beancurd (as opposed to the silken beancurd in Soon Du Boo) and of course, loads of kimchi! Very soothing :)We also ordered a kimchi pancake as something small. It turned out to be more a fried pudding with a soft gooey inside but a crunchy crust, a bit like an okonomiyaki.
