| 説明 | This salami was purchased one week ago and immediately hung to dry. I ordered a "two pound" salami but I wish that I had thought to weigh it. After one week, the scale reads 1lb 8 1/4oz. The eight ounce weight decrease would, by my calculation, corespond to a loss of one full cup of water. How long do you hang your beef salamis? |
