| 説明 | The 1959 Chevrolet was even lower and wider. The tail fins extending outward rather than upward, looking like flat wings and unique to this year; cats eye tail lights. The Impala introduced as new top model.2 and 4 door pillared sedans, 2 and 4 door hardtops, 2 and 4 door wagons, convertible and El Camino coupe utility.Base model; Biscayne (side trim half the length of the car), Mid spec Bel Air (side trim full length), Top model; Impala; (more elaborate side trim).Right-hand 1959 Chevrolet Bel Air Sedans and Pontiac Laurentian Sedans were made in Canada, and shipped to GMH Australia in CKD form, and to GMNZ New Zealand in SKD form. The right-hand drive dash was a mirror image of the Chevrolet dash and used in both the Chevrolet and Pontiac.
